Executive Advisory for Mission-Driven Organizations

Krick Executive Advisory (KEA) partners with nonprofit organizations, foundations, and mission-aligned public-sector entities to strengthen leadership effectiveness, governance capacity, and financial sustainability.

KEA leverages deep executive leadership experience across nonprofit and public systems to provide practical, trusted advisory services to CEOs, executive teams, and boards. The core value proposition is to help organizations move from complexity and constraint to clarity, alignment, and sustainable impact.

At KEA, we are a mission-driven organization by developing courageous, effective leaders, engaged governing boards, and sustainable funding strategies that enable long-term community impact.

We envision a social sector where organizations are led by capable, values-driven executives, supported by high-performing boards, and resourced to advance meaningful, equitable outcomes.
