Who is KEA

Built on Real Leadership Experience

Krick Executive Advisory’s (KEA) work is grounded in real-world executive leadership experience, not theory alone. The firm is led by a long-tenured Chief Executive Officer who has spent more than two decades leading complex nonprofit and public sector organizations, working alongside boards, funders, government partners, and community stakeholders to deliver meaningful results.

This experience provides a peer-level understanding of the challenges today’s leaders face—balancing mission and sustainability, navigating growth and organizational change, managing board dynamics, strengthening culture, and responding to increasing expectations for accountability and impact.

Because of this lived leadership perspective, our work is not simply advisory. It is practical, strategic, and grounded in the realities of organizational leadership.

Our Approach

We believe strong organizations are built when three critical elements are aligned:

  • Leaders who are supported and empowered to lead effectively

  • Boards that understand their governance role and engage strategically

  • Funding strategies that align with mission, capacity, and long-term sustainability

When these elements are working together, organizations gain clarity, stability, and momentum.

Our role is to help organizations move from uncertainty to clarity, strengthening leadership practices, governance structures, and resource development strategies so leaders and boards can focus on what matters most—advancing their mission and creating lasting impact in the communities they serve.

At KEA, we approach our work with the belief that mission-driven organizations carry some of the most important responsibilities in society. Supporting the leaders and boards guiding this work is both a professional calling and a commitment to strengthening the communities those organizations serve.

We are honored to partner with organizations seeking thoughtful guidance, trusted counsel, and practical strategies that position them for the future.
